I am on Day 13 of Insanity. Since I have been working out, whenever I sit down, my legs go numb. It happens mostly from the knees and elbows down. Has anyone had this similar problem or have any idea whats causing this?

Sounds like you're dealing with over working and may have injured a lower part of your back causing an impingement or pinched nerve. Stop working out till you get it assessed.

Agree with ninerbuff. Stop working out until you get it checked out.0
