I was just wondering if anyone had tried the Whole 30? If so, what is your opinion on how you benefited or not?

Did not make it. But for some reason since starting paleo, I'm just not as hungry and energy is through the roof. Good luck w/ it, I believe if you can hang in for the entire 30 days that you will feel great.0

I have tried it, with really great success. I did a 45-day and a 30 one in January. Their book, "It Starts with Food," is also very useful when coupled with their website. I discovered I should really never have dairy again, not what i expected when i started, but im much happier without it! It certainly appeared to "redistribute" my body mass. I've never had so many immediate compliments about weight loss EVER. On the 45 day plan, I lost only about 10lbs. But more importantly, it changed my relationship with food. I highly recommend the program! After my stint was over, I stayed paleo until very recently when I began triathlon training and just need more carbs.0
