Is this conclusion correct or is it somewhat unreliable and inaccurate? This is for those who've tried this method. I can accept an error of 1-2 pounds+-.
My exercise comprises of 6 days of working out/week for 60 minutes everyday. Weirdly, that option isn't available o_O
