30 day squat challenge

Has anyone tried the 30 day squat challenge? Need feedback or info please!

    My co-worker and I are doing it but we are so out of shape we started at 5 squats instead of 50. Just on day 2 : ) Good luck to you!

    Your post got me curious and I looked it up. Started today and did 50 and then some. Not sure if I did them correctly though since it seemed a little easier than it should be. 55 tomorrow! Oh and I sent you a request in case you wanted to do it together : )

    I'm currently doing this with a few friends on facebook. Today was day 7 and 80 squats. ouch lol
    Day 30 is 250, if my legs don't fall off :tongue:
