Tired of not following through with my health, my goals, and my habits! Taking one day at a time (was under my calorie goal today) . Trying to make a life change by using myfitnesspal. Using different foods to meet my goals. Some my own recipes and some of the food from the medifast diet. Good Luck my pals on your journey!
