Chubby banboozled newbie :-)

Hi everyone (waving)

I am a complete newbie to weight loss & so far I'm finding the website very useful. I am still getting to grips with portion sizes, I'm a bit of a plate piler so I really need to watch myself.
Looking forward to speaking with you all & more importantly losing some lbs!

    I have been on this site for about 3 weeks. I lost 10 pounds fast due to not eating out. I used to pile it on the plate too, but now i eat about 5 small meals a day. It helps with cravings and i eat mostly what i prepare so i know what im consuming. I do alot of label reading. It takes planning, but its worth it in the end. Feel free to add me as a friend. I log on multiple times a day to keep up with my friends.

    I am also a plate piler. I have now taken out my measuring cups to actually measure my food. Feel free to add me.
