Transformation :]

Hello:]

I've never posted one of these things before, but I figured there's a first time for everything!

My starting weight was 214.6 pounds. However, I never thought about taking progress pictures until I was 194.2 pounds, which sucks because that's a 20 pound difference and it would be great to see the entire transformation from start to finish, but I'm still very pleased to see this transformation and there's only more to come!

All together, I have lost 51.4 pounds, so far, and my goal weight is 130 pounds! ONLY 33.2 TO GO!!! :]

(ps. i did smudge my face out of the last photo just for safety reasons because the internet can be crazy sometimes lol)

^^photo is a 31 pound difference.

I eat as mfp directs me too calories wise and I go to the gym 5 days a week and try burning 500-700 calories. I do a lot of running, rowing, stair master, the ladder, elliptical, squats, lunges, jump rope, and weight lifting to help tone. I'm also in a kickboxing class twice a week. I try to change my workouts up daily so my body can't get use to doing the same things so I try lots of different variations to burn the calories.
Thanks for the support and good luck on your journey as well!
