I have a great one not really a recipe per say but good none the less. I order it online. It is called New Hope Mills pancake and waffle mix. My 18 yr old skinny daughter is very finicky and really likes this. Low carbs and calories.0

There are some good recipes online for high protein by adding cottage cheese and protein powder to mix... I have not actually tried any of them so I can't recommend. Just try googling "Protein Pancakes" and try one... let me know if you do and if it is any good!!
I usually just use regular mix and sugar free syrup.0 -
every spring, my boyfriend & i participate in "international pancake week." start here: http://scratch.kerimarion.com/2010/02/the-first-pancakes-los-primer-panqueques/
can't say they're all healthy, but they're not really "unhealthy" either. at least you know what's in them.
i never make pancakes from a box. it's just not worth it.0 -

I eat the quaker oatmeal pancakes.
Much better for your heart.0 -
I make mine using Bob's Red Mill buttermilk whole grain pancake mix from the organic section in the grocery store. I just follow the recipe and add in pure vanilla extract and chocolate chips or blueberries (could have them plain as well) and they are yummy with whole blackberry syrup (1tbs = 45 calories). For the chocolate chip ones each pancake (I use 1/4 cup to pour the batter) is about 129 calories.0
