Help figuring out protein/carbs?

I am a 25 year old female. I'm 5'8" and currently weigh 172 pounds. My daily calorie goal is about 1400. I have about 37 pounds to lose. I will be starting ChaLEAN Extreme and I'm trying to eat better and balance my diet. Can someone direct me to how nuch protein and carbs I should be eating? I will be mostly following the food and nutrition book but so e of the meals I do not like!
