I have been on here for a while, but have never posted. I am working to get healthier and look better. So far am down 45 pounds since 11/26. Quite a journey. The biggest obstacle is exercising with arthritis in both knees. Any helpful hints are appreciated.

Do what you can. I have bad knees too and there are certain things I certainly don't do. I don't do lunges or squats. I try to do the exercises or moves to the best of my ability without hurting myself because I need my knees for another 40 years, at least.0
