So, I've lost a couple of lbs in the past few weeks, but I have halted again. I was actually down 4 lbs two days ago from what I was today!!! So, my question is: does having 4 or 5 beers one night a week cause you to not lose weight or lose it more slowly? I mean I used to could drink more often and had no problemo with losing. I'm just trying to figure out where I am goi g wrong because I feel like I should be back at 120 by now with all of my exercise and the amount of calories I eat.
Oh and I drink light beer Michalob Ultra. I have a little chocolate most days to, but just some bite size stuff. Diary is open.

Do you measure, log, and track your eating?0

Beer is a calorie disaster. Cut that crap out. You will enjoy looking at your bikini ready body in the mirror, more so than any beer.0

This, make sure that with beer included your weekly (or 2-3 day) calorie amount is below maintenance. It's not essential to be Below maintenance EVERY day, but is important to make sure you are together below.0 -
Yes, I measure and log and I stay below my maintenxe everyday. I don't look bad in my bikini now lol,
But I want to lose at least 10 lbs.0
