What my doctor told me was to stick to a 1500 calorie diet.. Which is an aggressive 2lbs per week status on this app. He said where it comes to programs like this one, it is something awesome to see what your new calorie intake would be after exercise, but do you really want to eat all the progress away because of the new upper total0

I'm in. I'm a newbie here. I wish to lose 20 pounds by July 21st. Can someone tell me how to start off. I'm a 26 yrs old, female weighing 67 kg (148lb) and am 5'4" tall. I go for a 30-45 min slow jog 5 times a week and plan to start 30 DS from today. I'm a vegetarian. I consume <1200 cal/ day but I make sure that I'm not starving. I want to work out at home. For strength straining, all I have is a pair of 2kg dumbells.0
