I have hit a brick wall when it come to finding the time workout and finding a diet I can stick to. My major problem is scheduling. I work two full time jobs, working 80 - 87 hrs a week, I average about 3 to 4 hours of sleep a day except on the days where I only have to work 1 of my jobs and then I end up sleeping the full day away until I go to work.

wow! Is there any way you can bike to one of your jobs? Or park part-way & bike the rest (bike rack on car?) I'm grasping at straws - such a crazy schedule!0

If time is really that tight then you will need to focus more on diet, assuming you want to lose weight it's at least 80% diet anyway. How do you usually handle food with that much work? Do you find any time to cook and prepare packed lunches and snacks?0

as food goes....I usually eat a bowl of ceral or a couple eggs in morning, a sandwich for lunch and a small dinner at my night job. What I eat is just enough to maintain the weight Im at which is too much. Currently at 250 lbs, need to lose about 80 lbs.0

your food is something you will have to plan out. Put together filling nutrient dense meals in advance. Your diet is your main concern by far.
Working out may be hard but not doing it is just letting the excuses win. Find a way. Do push-ups anywhere you can. Take the stairs. Just about any body weight excersise you can find a way to do. You are not the only one with a schedule that is challenging. Do not let anything stop you. Find a way.0
