Back with a vengeance:bigsmile

Hi All

I joined the site about 16 months ago, and only used it to log my exercise, as I found it as an app on my phone.
on Sunday, my friend ClareSusan re-introduced me to the site.
I am absolutely amazed at how well it is working for me - Thanks Again Claresusan!!
I have been on it for a week now, and unlike all other types of "diets" (which this is not obviously), I am still not de-motivated or feeling food withdrawal symptoms - like I do when on a diet.

Myfitnesspal really seems to be working for me!

For the first time ever I am seeing exactly what I put into my body. It is such a quick, user friendly system to use.
So this week I've been getting used to logging my food, so now it is time to start exercising.

Baby steps is the way to to - but baby steps is going to make this baby Much Healthier:wink:

I'm hoping to make friend with people on a similar journey.
