Try this website this is were I watch & workout online and on the top of it you will find Levels 2 & 3 also do each level for 10 days. I myself am at day 7 level-1. Good luck on your weight loss journey. Sorry I thought you meant 30 day shred. You meant 30 day squat challenge.0

I started doing this by accident as I just started doing squats. I've jumped to 17 as I did 2 at 50, 2 at 100, then straight onto 150. I'm hoping to lose inches.0

That seems awfully redundant to me. I think I'd have to have variations on squats to do anything close to that, and I imagine my knees would be screaming. Think I'll have to stick with some cross training. Kudos to you all for giving it a go!0

I am halfway through the challenge and I have noticed a difference so far. Rounder and smoother overall...will have a picture in 15 days!!0

I'm on day 22 - 185 squats today! Let me tell you... I'm sore while I'm doing it. Not feeling it as much, but I have noticed a more rounded bottom
