    Leigh Peele

Thanks! From what I can find, it's not in print anymore because the author is revising it to re-release it. :(

I enjoyed reading "The Abs Diet." Nothing terribly extreme, just common sense strategies for eating a balanced diet, feeling full, and exercising regularly.

The Eat Clean Diet... it isn't really about dieting, just about making better choices and what your body does with sugar and things like that. So informative

Seriously, pretty much anything from Tosca Reno. It's real, healthy, and sustainable.

Same here, I have one of her books, got it for 20 cents at the library and it has helped with a lot of questions.

Great recommendations. Would love to purchase some to keep me focus. Difficult to lose 10 lbs, just maintaining...;0(

That last ten pounds can be hard! You might want to look into Taking Up Space. When you get to the end, humans often need to increase their calories to continue seeing changes in body composition.

Drop dead healthy - a middle age mad wants to become as healthy as possible so looks into a lot of the things people try to do to get healthy, with some skepticism and humour thrown in!

I really like "You are what you eat" by Jillian McKeith. She goes through a lot of ailments that people have, and tells you what to eat to fix it. Some really great suggestions in that book.

Yes it is. I was hooked at the introduction and her explanation of "Taking Up Space". Brilliant and totally mind altering for me.
