Pre-Fight Music

I was just listening to "The Enemy" by Godsmack and was thinking that this would be awesome pre-fight music. The music a MMA fighter or a boxer has played before they head to the ring to get pumped-up. I think if you played the right song you could get an 88yr. old "granny" pumped-up enough to think they could take Manny Pacquiao or Brock Lesnar. What is the one song you would want played for your pre-fight music?

The song used in the Chuck Norris movie Delta Force - it's played right before he kicks a**! That and any music from Rocky :)

My song is "Monster" by Skillet. I play it as the next to last song on every workout. The last song is a slow cool down song so "Monster" is the one I kick it in gear for. (FYI..The one before that is always "Hero", Same band, same album ["Awake"], same effect) (Can you tell I REALLY like this band/album?)

"The Pretender" by Foo Fighters or anything from Linkin Park's Meteora album. Not too picky as long as it blasts my eardrums out.

I like them a lot too!

When Pantera's "Cowboys From Hell" comes on, I feel like I could kick down a brick wall!

Love that song too and is the first of my rotation. My favorite ultimate push with all I have song is " Disturbed - Get Psycho ".

I don't know about pre-fight music, but when I am working the heavy bag I love to put on the Powerage CD by AC/DC. Sin City has a great rhythm for banging the bag. So does the whole album.
