What are healthy foods that are filling but low calories?

    Veg...lots and lots of veg!

    Olive oils, avacado oils, coconut oils... just add them into what you're already making and plan the rest of your meal with the small extra calories they add. They can really make you full for a good long while.

    Good addative when searing/roasting vegetables too
