subway.com lets you build your own sandwich and it shows the calorie count as well as the rest of the nutritional info right there.0

I didn't read through this thread, so if it's already been posted I'm sorry!! Here is the link to the "create your own meal" section. I use it every week :-)

Also, people say "stay away from subway' however, I feel that its a better choice than mcdonalds or one of those other disgusting menus... lol. I rather take the sodium from subway. Yes, I agree not to eat it everyday, but its better than some other choices....... don't be discouraged from it.0

there's a thing like this on subway website - click your build0

"stay away from subway if ya can. full of salt and processed rubbish".
I wouldn't say that. Sure some of the meat products have lot's of some pretty "eww" chemicals to slow down
their spoiling, and Hot Louisianna is full of sodium. But I still wouldn't call Subway food very processed. At
least not comparing to McDonald's or Burger King. One time I ordered a salad at McDonald's and couldn't
eat any of it because the first bite tasted quite weird, disgusting and not so fresh..
At least Subway's salad's are fresh and quite *kitten*-free!0 -

Go to http://www.subway.com/nutrition/nutritionlist.aspx. Click on your sandwich choice on the chart. That will take you to a website for that sandwich, and there is a "Calculate Yours" button on the right, under the nutritional information.0

I'm pretty sure there is one right on the subway website....0

I use http://www.nutritionix.com/ to help build my own. It allows you to add each ingredient individually without having to go with a standard sandwich that Subway provides info on. :happy:0

This is the best website I found for subway.

the meal builder on subway's site does not allow you to add individual ingredients and other sites are missing the ingredients our subway has (such as spinach, avocado, hot pepper rellish). I piece together the calories by looking things up individually. Good luck all!0
