I've officially decided I'm going to start 30DS on August first. would anyone like to join me for support and motivation?

I started the 30DS and let me tell you, Jillian Michaels kicked my butt!! My legs were wobbly but I sure was sweating when I was done doing all those jumping jacks.......
I have 30DS on "On Demand" but I think I will have to buy the DVD to get to the next level.......How long do you stay at level 1 before you proceed on?0 -

its basically 10days for each level, 10 days on level 1, 10days on level 2 and 10days on level 3
starting out you definitely notice the soreness in the legs and arms! be prepared lol
as good as a workout as it is i kinda wish it was longer 20-25 didnt seem long enough0 -
Yay this is great! Hopefully we'll get some more people too, and then on August 1st I'll start up a new thread and we can track our progress. I'm going to take before measurements and maybe pictures too.

This is Day 1 of getting serious about my out of control weight. I've had the 30DS for months but never did more than a week. I'd be happy to start again with all of you and see some real results. Make sure to take measurements before you start so we can see the progress!0

Count me in! I have been meaning to start it up again (since last summer). but with school and training for my new job I am never home. I'll be finished with training by August first so that seems like a great time to start.0

im in! i have been wanting to start, and this will get and keep me motivated. i guess i will take before pictures sometime this week, along with measurements and weight. i'll do all 30 days beforre i measure or take a pic (but i'll weigh throughout). yeeaaa!0

1 week into it already but can totally use to motivation to keep on going. I am in, I love her workout! Make sure to take your measurements, Last week I lost 2 inches in my waist and 1 in my hips in 4 work outs. The inches will keep you going so take the time to do it.0

I just joined the site today and decided that this is the workout I'm going to do! My daughter will be 6 months old on August 22nd and my goal was to be be at or below my pre-pregnancy weight (I was on WW when I got pregnant). I have 6 lbs to lose to get to my pre-pregnancy weight and 20 lbs to lose to get to where I know I'd be comfortable in all of my clothes.
I didn't even own a scale till I got pregnant and so I don't rely on it, but how my clothes fit is my ultimate challenge and goal! I'll take my measurements on Saturday and will start to track myself then . . . Wishing you all luck and motivation!0 -
Yes....count me in. I need motivation!! I bought the CD months ago and recently joined a different group on here who was doing the shred. So far I've done it a few times in the past two weeks, but not every day. It really is a good workout but I'll use your support to get me up and moving every day!0

We have them at walmarts. All the work out videos are back by the exercise equipment. I am assuming there is a walmart near you.0 -

I got my disk in the mail. I have wanted to take a sneak peek at what I am in for, but I am afraid it will scare me! So we start in 3 days.
Between this, Karate, C25K program, 200 sit up challenge, and strength training I am hoping to see some great progress.0 -
I started this a week ago but I was so sore I stopped. BUT I did it again last night and I'm no where near as sore as the last time. Wahoo! That means PROGRESS! Anyway, I like the things she says during the workout. Really motivates me! "The time when your muscles are the most sore, that's them getting STRONGER!" or something like that. I really need to hear stuff like that to keep me going!0

I am on day 6, and it's a work out. I am thinking about staying on level one for the whole 10 days. I am still doing the modified push ups, but everything else I think I am rocking! I like that I sweat! I know I am doing something well because of it. I need to invest in a good couple of sports bras, and other than sore shoulders, I am doing just fine.0
