Does anyone know of any websites (pref toward women) that have a printable workout routine? Or at least a template of ideas? I'm sick of not having much of an idea of what to do when I go to the gym besides cardio... then I go blindly into weights... but I want something that includes weights, cardio and things I can do at home.

I've googled it and have found really not much info. A lot of it is geared toward men who are looking to bulk up and its just for weights. I enjoy doing cardio as well as weights. I even tried looking up a 12 week (or 8, whatever) program. Nothing.0

Check out this free website: http://www.selfworkoutfinder.com/ They have LOTS of different exercises for women for home or in the gym, equipment or no equipment. They show videos of how to do, have pictures to refer to, and you can print them off. I have a binder that I print them off and put in sections so I have a game plan for working out.0 -

Hi Ladies
Here are some I found - YMMV.
Some of them push supplements - don't feel pressured to buy any. I have successfully lost weight using the BFL program WITHOUT the supplements (I lived in a country where they were not available), but when I moved to a country where the supplements were available ans I tried with the supplements, I was not not successful. Go figure!!!
I think portion control and consistent exercise are the key
