May Goals Anyone?

Weigh 169 by Memorial Day weekend.
Run 3 days a week. (increase my endurance)0 -
Swim laps every day and eat cleanly. Not to go OCD over everything.0

I want to be under 220 by the time I go to England at the end of may. If I can keep up the 2 pounds per week pace, I can do it!0

My goal is to stay under my calories six days a week, and complete 60 minutes of exercise every day.0

I had a goal for May wich was to reach my 50 pounds lost, obviously I won`t be reaching that so i reset it to reach 40 pounds!
Another goal of mine is to be able to do the intermediate calorie progam on my treadmill!

:happy: I joined a Healthy You Weight Mgmt end of March. By learning more about nuturition, what to eat more of, what not to eat, and exercise and how to say know no to foods, I have lost 14 pounds. I want to lose a total of 45 but I will let my body tell me what is good for me. I want to drop one size by end of May. By end of summer I want to be 2 sizes smaller.0

Busting through my plateau and getting to the 230s. Getting my bike out and riding outdoors several times a week in addition to my usual routine.0 -
Well, I don't really have a weight goal for the end of May, but I do want to:
1) Go to the gym 5 times a week.
2) Drink 8 cups of water every day.
3) Start swimming again.
All so I can 4) Fit into those dashing teal slacks I bought last summer!0 -
Get to my goal weight, which means lose 6 more lbs.0

I know that having a goal for May is a short term goal for some but I get so discouraged and am really hard on myself if I mess up once. So I am deciding to take a new approach to this and I am just going to take it one day at a time and focus on day by day. I joined a group for a 30 Day Shred in May. I am determined to get my water intake of at least 8 glasses of water. Drinking water alone helped me shed pounds before. So for my goal, I hope to lose at least 10 lbs and have a not so noticeable belly by the end of May...0

bump up 20 Lbs on all of my lifts...would put me at working sets of 230 Lbs for DL and Squat, 110 Lbs for OH press, and 165 for bench.0

I want to lose four pounds in May... then I'll hopefully only another 3/4 pounds until I meet my target0
