    Complete basic 2 - New Rules of lifting supercharged.

    Loose 2 kg. Honestly, I would rather lose 2.5 but the goal is 2.

    exercise : do a tri day...all the elements of a sprint triathlon but just all on one morning at my own rate - no race.
    and... be able to run 10 miles in under 2 hours.

    My plan was o reach my goal weight (3 more lbs to go, at this point), by the end of May. However, I now have to have surgery on the 23rd, so I'm really hoping to meet goal by that morning, before the surgery.

    I want to walk my dogs twice a week and increase my current running intervals. If that helps me lose some pounds I will be very happy.
