    I am new on here and I am 19 years old. I would love to add people as friends to keep me motivated and healthy. Also anyone who has any tips on how to get healthy and loose weight It would be appreciated, but I do want to say that I have recently decided to go vegan, not because I am trying to extreme in loosing weight but for my own beliefs so it would be very cool if any vegans out there had advice for that particular area.
