When it shows red ...that does mean you have gone over in a certain area on the break down on your foods... correct???

Yep, red is "in the red," i.e., over budget. Green shows you had less than the allowable amount of something. At the end of the day I want my sugar and carb values to be in the green range, but don't mind having my protein be in the red range.0
