    This might be interesting reading for you.

    Also, 1200 calories is usually too low a goal for most people.
    Suggest going to a site like scoobys workshop, finding out your TDEE, and taking off 15-20%.

    Yes, eat your carbs! And your protein.. and your fats! All within your goals... They are all important. Every one of them. I repeat. Every one of them!

    That still leaves out alcohol and candy.

    Nope, those are carbs. Best part of dinner. :D
