I like to have a chocolate protein shake if I get hungry at night. Or maybe try multigrain cherios?0

This one is "easy". Don't have trigger foods in your house. That means you can have them when you are out and about and less likely to binge. Keep good snacks in the house, like baby carrots. There are recipes for baked kale which I haven't tried, but I hear that is yummy. Air popped popcorn is pretty low cal per serving and that can give you the feeling of having a treat ( I wouldn't eat bowlfuls though), string cheese is a good snack if you aren't vegan. I have a carton of emergency strawberries in my fridge, I can cut em up and dip em in Splenda if I get a real bad sweet tooth. If you can keep from going over board a tootsie roll can help with that craving too. But, I would for myself stick to fruits or veggies, or something like pop corn because for me it's not so much a sweet tooth as it is craving a snack to keep me from being ravenous.0

what kind of protein shakes do you recommend0

Any chocolate whey protein powder and mix with cold water, really. But I personally like the Musclepharm brand though, because it mixes easy and tastes awesome. The colder the better for me.
Still I'd get a shaker cup to mix it.0 -
Girl we are definitely in the same boat. But.... about a week ago i bought some protein powder from gnc because everyone kept recommending them for late night cravings. and oh my gosh. Game changer for me! "Gnc Amplified wheybolic extreme 60" They have all sorts of flavors. I bought banana cream. Mix it with some milk and it tastes exactly like a banana milkshake. Seriously sooo good.0
