What am I doing wrong? 30 day shred related

I finished day 7 today (first level) and I'm gaining weight instead of losing it and I feel a lot fatter than last week . I'm counting my calories and I'm not over my limit but I can't see any positive changes. I'm 5'3 and down to 120 lbs from 167lbs and I'm afraid of regaining all the fat I lost .

    First off its normal. Idk why but it is. And make sure you have plenty of water, like as much as u can make yourself drink. And are you getting enough calories, to few can cause gain too, since u fell bigger. Did u mesure with a tape not a scale before u started? Inches should be going down, just stick with it!! I'm on L2D4 now and I've lost 6 lbs and a lot of inches, but I'm walking 2.5 miles a day too. Best of luck (and remember to take at least one day a week off)
