Are you kidding me? :huh:0

Happy! Especially if you are set to lose 1 lb per week! Also think of the good you are doing for your cardiovascular system.0
-
Uhhhh I'd be ecstatic.0
-
 Why are you asking this question?! :noway: I was ECSTATIC to see that I lost 3lbs. this week, and I know it was because I was working my booty off at the gym. BE. HAPPY. :bigsmile:0
-
You can be disapointed if you want to... I, however, would be FREAKING JUMPING FOR JOY!!! :bigsmile:0
-
Not just happy...Damn happy. Progress is progress...and things should only improve with this level of effort, no?0

Are you kidding me? :huh:0

is this some kind of joke0

If you lost anymore that would be worrisome because anymore than 2 is quite a lot.
You want to lose this weight slowly - the healthy way.0 -
I have had to convince myself that life is not like The Biggest Loser, we are going to have much smaller numbers, and yours is a HUGE one- when they loose 7, 8, 9 pounds in a week is because they are on SUPER constrictive eating, like no carbs AND low calorie and they work out 8-10 hrs per day. Loosing weight is hard, don't EVER be disappointed with a 3 pound loss!!0
-
...why have you been running for 3 hours a day?0

Running for 3 hours a day doesn't seem wise, but to each their own. Why would you be disappointed by losing 3.5lbs?0
-
...why have you been running for 3 hours a day?
EXACTLY!?!0 -
Are you disappointed because you wanted to lose more? Is that why you are exercising 3 hours a day? No need to rush, this is a forever lifestyle change.0
-
...why have you been running for 3 hours a day?
This... good god.0 -
I'll trade you! You can have a .5 loss and Ill take the 3.5! :laugh:0
-
It takes me well over a month or two to lose 3 pounds, so BE HAPPY! Be very, very happy0
-
I was ecstatic at .8 this week. Just sayin'. LOL0
-
If I just lost 3.5 lbs and I was running 3 hours a day...I would just give up.0
-
...why have you been running for 3 hours a day?
:noway: You probably don't need to do that much cardio, but to each their own I guess.
Over 3lb loss in a week is amazing. :drinker:0 -
That's more than most lose in a week. Be happy because there will be weeks where you rejoice in losing TENTHS of a pound or even staying at the same weight. Weight loss and getting fit is a long journey, enjoy your successes and keep going.0

This is a bad joke.0

Why 3 hours running? Its a bit excessive...
I would be thrilled to lose 3lbs in a week, in fact I have been when its happened to me. Life is not the biggest loser.0 -
I'd go with happy. If I ran 3 hours every day for a week, I'd be in the hospital.0
-
it is my dream to step on the scale on monday morning and have it show a 20 pound weight loss! LOL however, that really isn't how it works. a 3.5 loss is great! especially if you dont have a lot to lose. great job! keep it up0

3 hours a day? Not even a horse can handle that! You're going to hurt your dog with that much exercise. Seriously. It's bad for their joints. No animal naturally runs that amount.0
-
3.5? You should really lose a pound a day.... so... it should be more like 7lbs a week.
You should probably eat more.0 -
3.5lbs???? hey, sounds like a WINNER to me!0
-
Not a joke. The reason I am disapointed about it is because I have 120lbs to lose and people keep telling me that people my size should lose 8lbs+ the first week of eating well and exercising. I have been on here a while lost a bit gained a bit but last week i really went for it.
I understand people would be well chuffed with that result and i would be normally, just not my first week... no offense was meant with this post just needed a bit of a boost0 -
ThisAre you kidding me?
...and this....why have you been running for 3 hours a day?0
