Nature valley bars or those belvita biscuits , I try to only have one or the other sometimes have both.
I Like Belvitas....my co-workers call them old man/lady crackers!
I can't live without my Crystal light energy drink packets. I need one every morning...Food I'm not terribly picky about (as long as I eat something everything 3-4 hours) and I don't drink alcohol, so yeah.0 -
cheese any kind I love it and it helps me get to my calorie goal.0

I freaking LOATHE brown rice. It's gross. It doesn't go well with Puerto Rican food at all >:(0 -
Chobani Non-fat Greek Yogurt, Steamed Broccoli, and of course Grilled Chicken Breast. LIFE SAVERS!0

My between meal snacks help me so much. Special K 90 calorie bars, string cheese or greek yogurt. I'm thinking that i might start throwing hard boiled eggs into that mix of snacks as well.0

eggs are so filling and only 70 calories.
egg whites are the next best thing.

spinach and 90% dark lindt chocolate.
Spinach for quick daily salads and the dark stuff to keep me off the sweet stuff. This is the best I've found locally.0 -

Trader Joe's dark chocolate peanut butter cups. I can eat healthy all day and saving a few calories at the end of the day to enjoy these has kept me on track!!!0
