pasta servings question

so the noodles im cooking with tonight give the serving size as 1 1/4 cup dry. How do i figure out the serving size after they are cooked? or is it still the same?

Track the number of servings you put in before you cook it. Then, divide by this number when cooked to get 1 serving. This is, of course, an approximation. In general, pasta expands when cooked.0

Yep, measure & count the servings when raw/dry. Whether pasta, rice, lentils, etc. Measure 4 servings, cook, eat 4 servings.0
