Just "one food" geez that's a toughie for me. I have raw garlic everyday, heck I'd swim in it if I could :bigsmile:
Then there's raw onions I can't live w/out and apples....like I said I can't really say what "one food" I can't live w/out :laugh:0 -
Tuna, it really gets me through the days of workouts..0

Definitely eggs. I eat at least one every day. They help me stay full and hit my protein and fat macros.0

coffee, coffee, coffee... lol... although I'm not actually sure that's considered a food. but for me it's a necessity!0
