so far in 2 yrs lost 200 pounds.self control and help with my lapband....currently toning, weights , yoga and biking...and trying to keep my good eating habits on track..lately feel thrown off... snacking too much.. haven't gained ..but eventually can...so here i am..sharing openly to help others and myself...ty
