    stevia and steel cut oats

I love stevia and how much better it is for me than equal or sweet and low.

I love steel cut oats but they are a bit pricey and sometimes hard to find at my grocers.

Hands down favorite: Brummel and Brown yogurt spread. It spreads easily, tastes like butter, and 45 calories in a tablespoon. Love it!

Quest bars and almond milk are two other staples suggested by other MFPers.

Quinoa!!!! Its made giving up white rice bearable and my daughter loves it! I suggest making it with fat-free chicken broth and I always saute a little onion and garlic before adding the quinoa and broth for the flavor. You can also make it into a quick pilaf just by adding some frozen peas and/or diced carrots the last 5 to 10 minutes of cooking time (thaw them first).

Spaghetti squash as a pasta substitute, and thin zucchini slices for lasagne noodles.

I would love a recipe for this! I recently went to a restaurant and ordered the zucchini spaghetti noodles and have been wanting to try making it myself because I'm such a spaghetti fan (not so much because of the noodles but because I love tomatoes and sauce!)

My Kroger doesn't carry it (Texas), but I bought mine on Amazon if you can't find it local.

I just discovered PB2 this weekend, I found it in the organic section of Kroger. You can order it from their website, www.bellplantation.com.

Everyone is right, this stuff is amazing!!! An sooo much better for you than regular creamy PB.
