Hi,
Just joined this site on the recommendation of a friend. Have recorded my training done today, but most of it was strength training and this doesn't appear to count against the calories burned - is this right or am i doing something wrong?:blushing:
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Log "strength training" in the cardio section for a rough estimate of calories burned.0

Ah, thanks. I will be doing more CV work as I get back into training regularly, but do like to keep on top of the strength/ toning too.
I'll give this a go.

I've been wondering this same thing. So should I still eat my strength training calories?0

I log everything under cardio and have it boken down in 3 groups Circuit training, Aerobic & Yoga cuz i figure all excersies or workouts break down into pretty much those 3.0
