Eat more fruits, vegetables and lean meat. Drink plenty of water. Make sure you eat breakfast and about every four hours. Don't eat four before bed.0

I only eat one meal a day and it's at night. I've lost fat and had solid muscle gains. When you see a poster with very few posts and no picture it's usually best to ignore them. Look for posters with solid results and posts containing credible links.0 -

I agree with number of meals and the timing not mattering. Find what works best for you. For me I eat lighter during the day. Nightime is when I eat the bulk of my calories because thats when I want to eat more. It works for me..
and I eat up until I go to bed, usually 10:30-11pm.0 -
Log what you eat. For me that was a huge win that made changes in behavior possible. Looking at my calorie goal, and how stupid foods impacted my progress got really easy once I started logging it all.
Add exercise when you can - at the pace that works for you. Walk, running, a team sport, martial arts, gym time - if you're serious about this, you'll find something that works.
Again, for me, logging it was a big win. I love my heart rate monitor and use to record my workout calorie burn - I love seeing the calories I get back.
And you'll have bad days. You'll blow your calorie budget or see the scale go the wrong way. Don't give up - every minute is a chance to start fresh and eat healthy (in moderation).0
