I started out at 182 and eat 1560 calories a day. I also do cardio and eat back most of the calories everyday I exercise. I have been on here a little over a month. I have lost 10 pounds so far. I agree with everyone. Below 1200 and trying to lose 2 pounds a week is a little scary to me. Change you profile to 1 pound a week and see what your calories are. Eat as close to that as possible. If you exercise eat at least 1/2 of those back also.

Multiply your desired weight by 11. That is the calories per pound you need to maintain that body weight. For example, 130 pounds time 11 = 1430. If I wanted to weigh 110, maintenance calories forthat would be 1210. I would have to decide how to decrease my calories per day by 220. I could exercise or cut out food or both.0
