would like some tall friends

Would like to have tall, short it doesn't matter just friends that can motivate. I'm new today and 6'5" 170. Looking to get too 150 or so. My frame is very small and I carry most of my weight in my stomach which I hate. My favorite exercise is running and my goal is to get into lifting. I have never lifted before.

I'll give you an add. 6'5, was 192, looking to get to 178. Same dilemma as you really, I had most of my weight on the lower part of my stomach. I've been here 2 weeks and I've gone down 2 notches on the belt already, just a few pounds to go til I'm at my goal weight. Not sure how much more I could actually go, but I'm planning on adding strength training soon. It isn't really so much the weight with me, I'm going for a desired body shape.

I'm 5' 10". I've got about 20 pounds to lose before I start trying to add muscle, but I've always been a hard gainer because of my long limbs. Feel free to add me.

I'm 5'8 (shortest person to answer so far I guess, but still way above average height for females), you and I seem to have similar goals+excercise plans. Feel free to add!

I have to add a pic but I am 6 ft. I have lost 23 lbs so far. I am running 4 miles at work and then I do strengthening/work out classes at the YMCA. You can add me and we can all motivate each other; it is definitely helpful. I have found so far in my success that you need to be surrounded by motivaters and people that have positive thoughts; it's less stressful and allows you to achieve what you have set up to do! You can do anything you put your mind too! Mind over body when it comes to working out! :) Have a great day!

I really can't see how you can be 6'5" and want to weigh 150 thinking that 170 is too much for your frame. I am 6'3" and 190 so you can add me as well. I guess my short term goal for this summer is to lose maybe 5 lbs, but typing that out it seems like so much to lose. I already have some decent definition in my abs. I have been lifting consistently for a little over a year now and hope to be somewhere around the 205-210 lb range before next summer. Still 150 sounds crazy to me.
