Hi everyone, I started using MFP about a month ago but usually I track my food and exercise on my phone app, and have never seen this part of the site before.
I started at 225 lbs and have lost 12 lbs so far, and my goal is 150 lbs, so I have a long way to go. Looking for friends here that can help keep me motivated!
