Count me in too! I just did day one a few minutes ago: 6,6,4,4,9. Ironically, I did a 30 minute chest workout at the gym this morning prior to reading this thread...I have a feeling I may have trouble washing my hair tomorrow! :ohwell:
I noticed there is also a 200 situp challeng on the website too - anyone care to take that one on as well? My husband dared me tonight that he will have a sixpack before I do! :bigsmile:0 -
So i started a thread on this also. So do you want to have everyone migrate over here or everyone over there? I did group 3 Day 1 10,12,7,7and 12. Keep up the good work people! Yes i would like to do the 200 sit up! I will start those tomarrow.0

I'm definitely going to do this Push up challenge And sit up challenge! This is going to be interesting :P
Hopefully I can lose a significant amount of weight in two weeks before my brother comes back and before school starts ;D0 -
I did the initial test just then... I barely made it to five regular push ups :sad: I thought I was stronger than that, but I it just means it's gonna be a bigger and better challenge for me. Give it your best, guys!0

hello :flowerforyou: is this 100 pushup clallenge in a day or week
as last week 7 -11 did 260 pushups !!!! 7 days later ....................425 pushups that include ... in no order ---standard pushups---military push ups---wide fly pushups--- decline pushups--diamond ----and ----dive bomber pushups !!!! (both are in 1 hour time frame )0 -

You think you've got problems I can't even do 1 proper push up but think I might join in just doing them against the wall and then hopefully by the end of the 6 weeks I can start again doing it properly0 -

Despite my little cry before, I managed to finish the first session, so it's time for me to officially post...
Week 1 Day 1 done!
2 - 3 - 2 - 2 - [3], I could NOT do any more than three push ups in the final set, I hope I can improve!0 -
So i did my week 1 day 1 yesterday and i'm soooo sore right now! I'm going to start the 200 sit ups today. we will see how that goes! :-) Good luck to the ones who started today and how are the one who started earlier feeling?0

I did my week 1 set 1 yesterday, however, I also started the 200 squat challenge and the 200 sit up challenge today, so I want to sync them up I will do day two for all three categories on Friday.
My whole stomach is sore, my butt is sore, and my arms are still sore from yesterday..whew...it looks like I'm gonna be getting tone0 -

:flowerforyou: Ok, did Week 1, day 2 tonight: 10, 12, 8, 8, 10. The last set was supposed to be 12 or more but I think I was still sore from two days ago! I will try day 3 on Saturday and if I'm still struggling I'll repeat the week. Good luck with week one everyone!0
