stuff bell peppers with cottage cheese, you can even put some ham in there for a bit better taste and then bake or pan fry the stuffed bell peppers until they become a bit brownish on the sides.
Try this out,it's delicious! It's my favorite dish ever.

Wow! I already love cottage cheese, but there are a lot of ideas on here I'd never even thought of before. Saving this for later.

Oh, one more thing... why do people bother responding to a thread just to say, "I have no idea. I don't like it." LOL

I like it savory more than sweet so I tend to season it with herbs. I make turkey roll ups for a quick snack. I season it with paprika and put a couple of tablespoons on a slice of turkey and roll it up. Since it's smooth I like it with crunchy food like celery sticks or a few crackers.

    BLACK PEPPER !!
Also enjoy making cottage cheese pancakes

    Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 tablespoons honey or agave
    1/2 cup flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    butter, oil or oil spray
    Preparation
    1. Place the first 4 ingredients in a bowl and whisk.
    2. In a separate bowl whisk the dry ingredients.
    3. Pour the dry mixture into the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
    4. Heat a large sauté pan or griddle over medium heat, lightly coat with oil or butter and pour about 1 tbsp of the mixture onto the griddle for each pancake.
    5. Cook for 2 minutes on each side or until pancakes are set and golden.
    6. Serve.
*To Freeze: Let pancakes come to room temperature, place in a ziploc bag, label and freeze up to 3 months.

bumping for new ideas. This topic comes up a number of times and I always love to see the new ideas I'd never seen before in the previous threads.

OP...if you've not found a way that suits you in this thread, check the archives as there are so many ways ppl put together their cottage cheese. I think I read someone added eggs to theirs, pudding mix or cocoa to make it more a dessert... the possibilities are endless. Particularly with so many ppl sharing their favorite ways!

    Have fun experimenting!!:flowerforyou:

Lately with apple wedges. Any fibrous fruit wedge works. Trader Joe's fat free version is delicious! So hard to believe it's fat free. Yum. I stocked up on it. Such an easy way to get protein.

My favourite was always on wholegrain toast with sliced tomato, salt and pepper. Works on crackers as well.
Carrot and celery sticks to dip into the cottage cheese.
Or almost anywhere you would use regular cheddar cheese. Mind you, our cheddar is very different to what I ate in America!

If oyu like spicy, I put in a bt of Sririachi sauce to it. Other wise tomatoes and cucumbers are great to mix in.

If you have ground dried thyme, it would be great and super healthy

Drain & rinse thoroughly with water. Add to homemade lasagna, it gets chewy & takes the place of meat

Yummy plain. Just get the right brand. I like Humboldt Creamery. Grass fed, organic, nice and sweet.
