Is there a way you can just track your carbs?

I am not counting calories just grams of carbs but I don't see how to change that?

Ignore the others? You can turn all of them off except calories just by scrolling to the None option. Other than that, just don't pay attention to the calories..0

I don't understand. 1g of carbs = 4 calories, so tracking carbs is essentially counting calories anyway. Are you on like some kind of paleo diet?0

Some people can't eat all the carbs they want. It all depends on the person. And sometimes on the age of the person. I used to be able to pack away the calories. Now my metabolism has changed (probably with age) and I can't eat as many carbs. They make me feel groggy too.

Agreed. I have PCOS and because of that, I have insulin resistance and guess what? Carbs hate me. I love bread and pasta and wish you all the best of luck eating those things but they are not for certain people. Please be open-minded about this because we're all working toward similar goals, but certain people can only achieve them in a certain way.
To the OP, sadly there isn't a way to just track carbs, but just ignore the other options really. I think you should monitor fiber, too. There are scripts you can install into your browser that show net carbs on this site for diaries. I can try and find the link if you want.0 -

Thank you to ALL who actually gave positive helpful information to my simple question!! Geeeez some of you are something else!! I'll ignore the calories I just want to track my actual carbs for the day that's pretty much it!0
