Does anyone else find this mega filling? I love it but by god Im so full after having some.

    I love to roast my cauliflower--can't get enough of that! Can't seem to eat it raw though...

    Ive not tried it roasted, but I will. I dont know what it is about it being raw but its like chocolate to me hahaha

    I grate my cauliflower and use it as a rice substitute. I don't like it raw and plain but find it really absorbs the juices well from the food I cook.
