What's the best way to add juicing recipes/calories? Having a bit of a rough time finding the fruits/veggies in the database "juiced" as opposed to whole.

Calories are the same juiced or whole. You're only removing the fiber which is virtually calorieless.0

Thanks for asking that question! I've been wondering the same thing! Of course, that means I consume more calories than I thought when I juice though. :-) But they're healthy calories at least!0
