Exercise Help Please

I hurt my knee pretty badly last week so walking on the treadmill is not the best idea for me right now. I usually do 45 mins of cardio 3-4 times a week so does anyone have any suggestions on something else I can do until I heal? I don't want to skip out on my workouts completely but walking & running is pretty painful. Thanks!

    well since walking is painful, you could try focusing on working out your arms until you heal. you could do some light arm exercises with some 2 or 3 pound weights.
