I am working on conquering PCOS and Hashimoto's disease (hypothyroidism).
Since Jan 14th I have lost 26 lbs, which is a pretty big deal for someone who has a hard time losing weight.
I wanted to say I am officially HALF WAY TO MY GOAL! :) Woo hoo!

what has worked for you? I have a friend who is extremely overweight and also has Hashimoto's disease. She is so down on herself all the time for her weight but has real difficulty losing. Any of your knowledge that I could pass on would be great!

Congrats! I was diagnosed with Hashi's and hypo. I had gained 30lbs even though I was working out and eating exactly at my BMR. What have you done that has worked? I've been on thyroid meds for a month and only feel a little better.
