90lb down with pics....

Hi Everyone I posted over a month ago, since then I'm nearly at 100lb loss!! Included some pictures to see my progress so far :)))

The first picture was taken new years eve and I weighed my biggest at 278lb, 2nd picture was March 2013 and I weighed 230lb, April I weighed 200lb and now May at 188lb :))

    WOW!! That is an ASTONISHING loss! Roughly 20 - 25 lbs per month? What is your goal and what are you doing to have such great success? But no matter what, keep doing it. Just AWESOME!!!

    Eating salad, fruit, chicken, turkey , museli for breakfast. Excercise approx 10hrs a week off strength and cardio (kettlebells, bokwa, zumba, metabolic effect and vipr). Eat 1200 kcal ada
