I am going to continue to use my gym membership I bought this month! I will go at least 5 days a week with a goal of 6 days a week. I have entered the 30 day sit up challenge and the 30 day squat challenge. If I cannot lose the weight I would like to at least fit into a suit I bought last March 2012 (never worn because I had gained too much weight before interviews) on graduation from medical school May 17, 2013!0 -

My name is Michaela, and I would love some encouragement, and to give some as well! I was just thinking to myself that I wanted to lose 4 pounds in may.
My starting weight was 187
today's weight is 186.7
My goal weight for this month is 181.7 (Although I weight myself yesterday, and again today and I'm down a pound, so if I only lost 4 more, I'd still be happy!)
I have about 2 weeks left of Ripped in 30, and I've just recently added in jogging a mile a day. 3 minutes jogging, 1 minute walking, and repeat. I ran in high school and would love to pick it up again.
A struggle I'll have this month is getting my wisdom teeth pulled this Saturday. Everyone has said prepare to be off your feet for 24 hours and no working out for 3 days. I know I can cut my calories back, I just don't want this to totally screw up my goals.

I'm in! Hey guys, my name is Bonnie and I'm 22 and a half. I don't have the drive that some would expect at my age but I've been struggling to lose those "last 10 lbs" for about a year now. I don't judge anyone and I encourage as well as praise all that have lost weight/ reached their goals. I myself need to stop "falling off the wagon" and start kicking myself into gear. Every time I set a goal for myself or start my diet, I immediately go into that "restricted-mode" and start craving all of the foods that put me right back to where I started. Any (positive ONLY) suggestions would be appreciated.
