Talk to your doctor. I don't see any need to juice 3-4 times a day, really. I couldn't do that when pregnant anyway, since I had GD with my second, juice was out. (Although I wouldn't get enough oranges/orange juice with my first). Eat lean proteins, veggies, fruits and complex carbs.

That website has some ideas for those who want to stay fit during their pregnancy. Since I've never been pregnant, I'm not much help :/

Speak to your midwife/ doctor. Losing weight generally isn't recommended during pregnancy unless you are morbidly obese.

You might, I was still losing a bit of weight at first with my second child (I'd been actively losing before getting knocked up), and ended up losing a bit/stalling on my gains when I was diagnosed with GD and switched my eating habits completely around 20 weeks. But, weight loss should not be your goal. Do not try to cut calories. Focus on taking care of your body, working on m aking healthy choices and grow that baby.

Oh no I'm not looking into losing any weight I'm looking into becoming a healthier me for good but the plus would be losing the unhealthy weight and making my life better
