Completed 85 of the 100 miles I was targeting.
I wasn't seeing any progress with the cardio and my herniated neck disk was giving me a hard time, so I decided to replace some running with weight training. It's very early to notice any significant changes but I am feeling a little stronger already. I'll make up for the lost miles in May.

Managed to sneak in 7 miles on the stationary bike after my walk yesterday bringing me up to 70.5 for the month. Didn't quite hit my goal of 75 but I did a little better than I thought I would.0

I got in one extra mile last night walking with my husband. I don't see the May thread yet, but I'll try for 250 in May, since outdoor biking should be a regular viable option now :bigsmile:0
